Our Sessions
Sessions are typically 50 minutes weekly and are personalized to your unique needs. There will be times where we'll be working in a very structured approach with a specific goal and other times we will work more fluidly.
I offer virtual therapy, which is a safe alternative for people with busy lifestyles, who otherwise may not have access to quality mental health care. You can participate in sessions on my secure Telehealth Platform from the comfort of your own space.
